Arul is a mentor at TAPMI and a guest lecturer at top business schools. He holds a Post Graduate Programme in Rural Management from IRMA and a GMP from the University of Michigan.

An I.A.S., (Retd), and former Additional Chief Secretary of Tamil Nadu with over 40 years of experience in administration. He has held key roles in welfare projects and policy planning. Dr. Sridhar is an Advisor to the SRM Group and an independent Director at City Union Bank. He is also active in social and charitable work, focusing on poverty alleviation and rural development.

He is the Co-Founder and Partner of Lok Capital and has been involved in impact investing for more than 16 years. He had served as a director on the boards of many financial services companies including Ujjivan, Suryoday and Equitas Finance.
